General Conditions

These general conditions govern vehicle rental services offered by Real Rent Car, a vehicle rental company located in Morocco. Any reservation implies unconditional acceptance of these conditions.

The rental contract is concluded upon reservation confirmation and payment of deposit or full amount according to agreed terms.

2.1 Age and License Conditions

• Minimum age: 21 years (25 years for certain premium vehicles)
• Valid driver's license for at least 2 years
• International license required for non-Moroccan residents

2.2 Required Documents

• Valid ID card or passport
• Valid driver's license
• Credit card in the main driver's name

3.1 Pricing

Rates are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) or euros (EUR) depending on chosen terms. They include VAT and basic vehicle insurance.

3.2 Payment Terms

• 30% deposit upon reservation
• Balance to be paid when picking up the vehicle
• Security deposit of 3000 MAD to 8000 MAD depending on vehicle (credit card authorization)

4.1 Included Insurance

• Mandatory civil liability
• Theft protection
• Collision insurance with deductible

4.2 Deductibles

In case of damage or theft, a deductible remains the responsibility of the tenant according to the current schedule. This deductible can be reduced with additional insurance.

5.1 Authorized Usage

• Use on paved roads only
• Driving by declared license holder only
• Respect Moroccan traffic laws

5.2 Prohibited Usage

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Transport of dangerous goods
• Use in competition or on racing tracks
• Subletting of the vehicle

The vehicle must be returned at the agreed place and time, in the condition it was delivered, with the same fuel level. Any delay will be charged according to our current rates.

A contradictory inspection will be carried out in the presence of the tenant. In case of tenant's absence, the inspection will be established unilaterally by us.

7.1 Client Cancellation

• More than 48h before: full refund
• Between 48h and 24h: 50% deposit retention
• Less than 24h: 100% deposit retention

7.2 Reservation Modification

Any modification is subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these general conditions will be submitted to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Moroccan law is applicable to the exclusion of any other law.
